21 Day Fix EXTREME - Week 1

 After reading all the material and calculating my Calorie Target my next step was to come up with my meal plan. To be honest for me this was harder than when I was on the 21 Day Fix program because I am being asked to eat more food on the 21 Day Fix EXTREME. I am also being asked to eat every 2 hrs so I decided to add the time into my meal plan. I figured if I start with my first meal at 7:30 and eat every 2 hrs then I will be on my last meal at 5:30.

I started by plugging in my protein (red) and moved to veggies (green) and carbohydrates (yellow). I filled in the remaining "holes" that I had left with my fruit (purple) and (blue), (orange) and (spoons). I had to do some tweaking and adjusting and it took me about 2 hours. I truly believe that I will be quicker with every week. Because this is new to me I took my time to play around with my food and meals. I also tried to combine as many food groups into each meal so I didn't feel like I was eating ALL day. lol
