Day 6 - 21 Day Fix EXTREME |
Morning:
Today is Saturday and I am planning for it to be harder for me to stay focused and on track with my hubby and three kids home. I decided to set my alarm clock so I can stay on my schedule and eat breakfast at 7:30 a.m. This is going to be hard with everyone else sleeping in. I thought I would enjoy the quite time to myself but I'm so used to the fast pace and noise I found this distracting. lol
Afternoon:
It is definitely harder staying on track when the family is home eating and drinking. I know that other than my exercise I will not be doing my normal running around so I expect to get less calorie burn. I'm hoping that by now on Day 6 my body is getting on board and burning more calories with an increased metabolism.

I had a partner for the Dirty 30 workout from the 21 Day Fix EXTREME this morning. My daughter Kaden, who is 11yrs old, had a blast keeping up with me. She definitely kicked my butt! Oh to be young again....;O) The Dirty 30 EXTREME workout only used 7 compounded moves that focused on multiple body parts but man did we get a burn. I can't even say we will be feeling it tomorrow, because we already are!
