21 Day Fix EXTREME - Day 18

Morning/Afternoon:
It's never too early for veggies! While I'm cleaning I decided to bake up a few snacks. carrots and Asparagus is just what the Dr ordered...Yum!

21 Day Fix EXTREME - Snack #1
Workout:
Lower Fix EXTREME - I don't know why but I had so much energy I decided to knock out 2, count them 2, workouts today. I completed my scheduled Lower Fix EXTREME then did Yoga Fix EXTREME in the afternoon before picking up the kids from school. I am feeling really good about myself today.

21 Day Fix EXTREME - Lower Fix EXTREME and Yoga Fix EXTREME

If I could give myself a 6 on a scale from 1-5 with 5 being the best for my workout I totally would. I hit it out of the park today with two workouts (Lower Fix and Yoga Fix) I was on point with my meal plan, Shakeology and 5 I drank half my body weight in water for Day 18 on the 21 Day Fix EXTREME!
