21 Day Fix EXTREME - Day 17

Morning/Afternoon:
I'm so hungry and I'm trying really hard not to just grab any old thing from the kitchen. Today's snack #1 is okra. Yeah I know that sounds crazy for a morning snack but I'm craving it so why wait. This okra needs to cook soon! I've got to be a GOOD girl! :O)

Workout:
Pilates Fix EXTREME - Ended my busy morning with a workout! Got to all my destinations on time today AND worked up a glow... Win! Win!

I give myself a 5 on a scale from 1-5 with 5 being the best for my workout and a 5 on staying on point with my meal plan. I drank my Shakeology in the morning for breakfast. I drank half my body weight in water for Day 17 on the 21 Day Fix EXTREME!
