21 Day Fix EXTREME - Day 16

Morning/Afternoon:
Today I decided to try the "Healthy Beef and Butternut Squash Stew" recipe from the 21 Day Fix EXTREME book. Yeah I'm not good at following directions, I added okra, chopped asparagus spears, zucchini and carrots to the recipe and almost didn't stop there. The pic is right after adding the veggies and still cooking. From now on I will always use butternut squash in my stew!

Upper Fix EXTREME - Today has been a good day! I'm rocking my water and already over 84oz down. Maybe it's my new water bottle my friend and fellow coach Melinda sent me... :O)

I give myself a 5 on a scale from 1-5 with 5 being the best for my workout and a 5 on staying on point with my meal plan. I drank my Shakeology in the morning for breakfast. I drank half my body weight in water for Day 16 on the 21 Day Fix EXTREME!
