21 Day Fix EXTREME - Day 13

Morning/Afternoon:
I had my Shakeology for breakfast at 7:30 while driving the kids to school and I'm all set for snack #1 at 9:30. Eating every 2 hours to get 6 meals down is getting easier. It's all about planning.

Workout:
Getting my Dirty 30 Fix EXTREME on today! I'm feeling pretty darn good about completing my workout and I have more energy compared to day 1. I now really get why we eat so much in a day. Our bodies are burning more fuel and our metabolism is kicking butt all day long!

21 Day Fix EXTREME - Dirty 30

I give myself a 5 on a scale from 1-5 with 5 being the best for my workout and a 5 on staying on point with my meal plan. I drank my Shakeology in the morning for breakfast. I drank half my body weight in water for Day 13 on the 21 Day Fix EXTREME!
