21 Day Fix EXTREME - Day 5

Day 5 - 21 Day Fix EXTREME


Morning:
I'm drinking my Shakeology in the morning on the way to take my children to school. By the time I get home I jump into my 21 Day Fix EXTREME workout and 30 minutes later I am usually on my 2 cup of water. The cup that I prefer to use is 24oz so before my first snack I am down 48oz. Go me!


Afternoon:
Today I wasn't on the go as much so I actually could eat my snack #2 at home. For some reason apples and nut butter always hits the spot when I am craving something sweet. It is also my feel good snack; I think because I grew up eating it as a kid. My mom was hypoglycemic so we always had peanut butter in the house and peanut butter crackers in her purse. lol

Snack 2 - Apple and Nut Butter ....yummy!


Workout:
Today's workout is Cardio Fix EXTREME and man the workout lived up to the name. I got an awesome burn even though I went at my own pace. It does't matter if you can do all the moves or follow the trainer every second on the video. The important part is to keep going and keep that heart rate up.

21 Day Fix - Cardio Fix EXTREME


I give myself a 5 on a scale from 1-5 with 5 being the best for my workout and a 4 on staying on point with my meal plan. I drank my Shakeology in the morning as my breakfast and I drank half my body weight in water today. Day 5 is in the books for the 21 Day Fix EXTREME!
