21 Day Fix EXTREME - Day 3

Day 3 - 21 Day Fix EXTREME
Morning:
My mornings start at 5:30 trying to get everyone up, fed, dressed and lunches packed then out the door. I have three children ranging from Elementary, Middle and now High school. While dropping off the kids at school I drank my 1st meal of the day, Shakeology. This seems to work the best for me since my first meal starts at 7:30 a.m.


Afternoon:
I was able to get in all my water today and our dinner was AWESOME! My hubby grilled chicken and veggie kabobs which is a great way to get your protein and veggies in.

Workout:
Today's workout is the Pilates Fix.  We use a Resistance band during this workout. These exercises work the entire body and focuses on your core. I'm still a little sore from the previous workouts but not as bad. Now to be honest I thought I was pretty good as using resistance bands, however I GOT SCHOOLED! It was a lot of fun, but I know I have room for improvement and hope the fear that I am about to pop myself goes away.

21 Day Fix - PILATES FIX EXTREME
Today was a success and apparently I was NOT the only one in the group struggling with the resistance bands. I'm glad that I have the support of others and access to find out how other challengers are doing with the program. Its nice to be able to laugh at ourselves as we learn the right techniques.
