21 Day Fix EXTREME - Day 2

Day 2 - 21 Day Fix EXTREME
Morning:
The kids are back to school which allows me to set up my routine so I can be consistent on my workouts, water and food.

Afternoon:
I was eating my Snack #2 in the car pickup line at 1:30 p.m. but you know what I didn't feel weird about it at all. It was easy to grab and go with my Ziploc baggies and water bottle.

Snack #2 - Red Bell Pepper and Humus....on the go!

Workout:
Today's workout is the Upper Fix. In this workout we alternate opposing muscle groups in the upper body. The exercises will help shred the chest, back, shoulders and arms. This is perfect for me because I need to lose and tone in these areas. Spring and Summer is right around the corner and I want to rock those sleeveless shirts! It was a good thing that I had my headband on today because I needed it to keep the sweat at bay. I'm sore from yesterday's Plyo workout but soreness means my body is getting stronger and I am all for that.
