Avocado Deviled Eggs

Looking for a healthy alternative to Deviled Eggs? Check out my Avocado Deviled Eggs recipe that is sure to be a hit at the next outdoor bar-b-q, tailgate or family reunion that you attend.

Avocado Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium Avocado
4 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Himalayan Salt

DIRECTIONS:

1. Crack boiled eggs and cut in half length wise. Save 2 egg yokes for the avocado mixture.
2. In a bowl combine the saved yokes with avocado.
3. Add lime juice, garlic powder, Himalayan Salt and black pepper to mixture.
4. Scoop the avocado mixture into the cavity of each hard boiled egg.
NOTE: Sprinkle Paprika seasoning on each egg if desired!
