21 Day Fix Banana Yogurt Bites




Looking for a healthy kid friendly and husband approved snack? How about a post workout snack? Check out these yummy Banana Yogurt Bites! Final votes are in and it's a HIT! One of the times my creative ideas worked.






Ingredients:
- (1) Ripe Banana
- (1) 5.3 Ounce Plain Greek Yogurt
- Granola (we used Organic Peanut Butter Bliss)
- Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:
STEP 1. Add a layer of granola to each rubber cupcake cup for a crust-like appeal. 


STEP 2. Combine banana and Greek Yogurt in the blender or food processor until consistency is smooth.


STEP 3. Spoon in banana and yogurt mixture and fill cups halfway.


STEP 4. Freeze until texture is firm enough that the toppings will not fall in. Top each cup with a sprinkle of Nestle mini chocolate chips. Place in freezer until you are ready to serve.
