Transformation Tuesday! One of my favorite salads is combining cucumbers and tomatoes with a little vinegar....Mmmmmm This is great with grilled chicken!



Had a GREAT workout this morning and love that some of these moves are getting easier for me. I still look like a duck out of water jumping on one leg but I don't have to impress anyone in my own home. Thank goodness...lol
