Big things are happening over here and I'm super excited to watch them unfold. Keep an eye out and make sure your set to "FOLLOW" me so you don't miss out. The winds of change are definitely blowing and I'm hanging on tight and totally enjoying the ride.



How do you eat veggies that you DO NOT like? Mix it with something you enjoy to eat.
FYI: I'm not a "fan" of broccoli but I can do THIS.

These two have it pretty good I must say. You would think they ran a marathon...they are out for the count! Guess my workout didn't keep them entertained. Glad I AM getting something from the 22 Minute Hard Corps program...lol
