THE LIFE OF A COACH

For an extra visual encouragement our team made paper chains to represent our weight loss goals. Each week we report in how many "links" we lost. Every Monday we weigh in....we either take links off or put them on. We then post on Facebook so that it can hold us accountable! I am super proud of Shannon for losing a total of 19lbs! We are BREAKING THE CHAIN because our weight can hold us down like we have chains. It's time to break those chains!
