I was super tired this morning and thought about skipping my morning workout after dropping off all the kids at school. I'm so glad I pushed play and gave myself 5 minutes. Next thing I knew I was wide awake and able to knock out my workout.
What do you do to wake up when your tired?

It's official, I'm going to Nashville!

SUMMIT 2016 HERE I COME!
Super excited to see all the coaches and trainer and of course have lodes of FUN with my team. It's all set up from hotel, lunches and workshops/classes. I even get to be among the first to try Country Heat the new workout with celebrity trainer Autumn Calabrese (that hasn't even launched yet). Whoop Whoop!!!
