I was super tired this morning and thought about skipping my morning workout after dropping off all the kids at school. I'm so glad I pushed play and gave myself 5 minutes. Next thing I knew I was wide awake and able to knock out my workout.

Super excited to see all the coaches and trainer and of course have lodes of FUN with my team. It's all set up from hotel, lunches and workshops/classes.
