21 Day Fix EXTREME - Results Are In!
It's day 22, that means I completed 21 days of the 21 Day Fix EXTREME. Whoop Whoop! Here are my results since I know that you dying to hear.....drum roll please....I lost 10 pounds!



My Thoughts about the 21 Day Fix EXTREME

Food/Meal Plan: 
Ok, in the beginning I thought the amount of food was insane. So much to eat in one day even though the containers fool you into thinking you will NOT get enough food to eat in one day. You don't get "treats" like wine and chocolate like you do on the 21 Day Fix. So if you are just starting out and looking for a program I would suggest the original 21 Day Fix.
HINT: I set my mobile alarm to go off at each scheduled meal so I wouldn't miss my allocated food groups and fall behind on my food intake. This was a HUGE advantage I think on getting all my colored containers in. Check it out and see if it helps you! :O)

Workout/Exercise: The workouts I thought were more intense and more appropriate for advanced level of challengers compared to the original 21 Day Fix which is better for beginners. With the 21 Day Fix EXTREME you use the weights and resistance bands more and the breaks are shorter. There is still a modifier (someone doing the moves slightly easier or slower that you can follow along with) but I think they are still advanced for most beginners.
