One of my favorite snacks after my morning workout is my peanut butter banana smoothie with Shakeology, banana, peanut butter, almond milk and a touch of cinnamon. Since it is protein packed it provides long lasting energy and the cinnamon helps to control my blood sugar so I don't crash after my workout.
