My Journal: 22 Minute Hard Corps (April 10, 2016)

22 Minute Hard Corps Test Group 
UPDATE


April 10, 2016
Well, I can definitely say I got my workout in this morning. Not only did I knock out 22 Minutes Hard Corps but I finished my flower beds.

-cut back and dug up all my mini roses and transplanted.
-cut back all my butterfly and hummingbird plants so they come back bushy (that's why it looks so empty)
-pulled weeds
-added wheelbarrow and flowers

WHOOP WHOOP!

I can't wait to see butterflies and hummingbirds this year!



We are going to have some HAPPY birds this year!


Today was GREAT! I was on point with nutrition, water and workout. I even started my meal prep with the extra energy I have discovered. I'll finish after we grocery shop this weekend!
