Day #2 started off easier than yesterday because I already had a sense of what the day will bring and the routine for my meals. My son, who is 5yrs old, has been sick since Friday with high fevers above 104 temp. Yup I have been a scared mommy! Needless to say Easter was very relaxing and we stayed home. Our poor baby didn't even get to have an Easter Egg Hunt and his sisters refused to have one without him. Even though I have had little sleep and busy giving meds, giving cold showers and Popsicle's I have been able to stay on track.

Here are my meals that I ate while on Day #2 of the 3-Day Refresh.
I felt a little hungry in the morning but once lunch rolled around I was satisfied the rest of the day. I am really enjoying my veggies, but can't wait to get my hands on carbs again....lol Then again carbs are my downfall so I actually expected the carb craving to be a whole lot worse. I weighed myself this morning and I am already down a few pounds. I haven't been running to the bathroom like I thought that I would with a "cleanse" but I have noticed that I am peeing more.
After Day 1 (On the Morning of Day 2).... Scale says that I lost 1.6lbs!
