Recipe:
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup canned pumpkin (I like to use less pumpkin for my shakes because I don't like thick shakes)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add ice and blend
ENJOY!
