Apple Pie Shakeology

When I think of holidays and summer desserts I think of Apple Pie. Even though Apple Pie INCLUDES apples which are a wonderful complex carbohydrate when it is in a pie.....??? Just the butter and sugar alone is enough to spike your blood sugar and cause weight gain. Especially if it is paired with ice cream which is how I always enjoy it...hahaha

To say that I was excited to try to make my Shakeology taste like Apple Pie would be an understatement.

Who says eating healthy has to be boring? Who says you have to give up your favorite foods and flavors? Whether it is during the holidays or a summer treat Apple Pie Shakeology is always a big hit in our household and my husband's FAVORITE Shakeology recipe.

Apple Pie Shakeology

INGREDIENTS
* Vanilla Shakeology
* 8 oz Water
* 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
* 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
