For those that think "diets" work...there are no quick fixes. No magic pill, no prepackaged meals and no special drinks that I've seen work long term for weight loss. I'm not on a diet! I love real food and want to learn how to eat and what to eat. I know I don't get enough vitamins so I choose to drink Shakeology instead f swallowing horse pills. This is a lifestyle change and is a combination of nutrition and fitness so every day counts.
Bottom line I love my body and I have a condition that prevents me from going on a diet...I get hungry! :O)
