Pumpkin Shakeology

With Fall comes pumpkins and what better way to bring in the season that to do it with pumpkin Shakeology for lunch. I love how I get a dose of nutrition that keeps me from crashing midday AND tastes great. Best of both words!




Recipe:
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup canned pumpkin (I like to use less pumpkin for my shakes because I don't like thick shakes)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add ice and blend

ENJOY!
