Gummie Dinosaur Fat Bombs

Keto Fat Bomb
Who says you can't have sweets when you are on Keto. These are a huge hit and super easy to make! I've had fun playing with different candy molds and colors. We used Strawberry Sugar Free Jello for these little guys and they went fast. My son LOVES gummie bears and fruit snacks so we decided to try a healthy recipe and adjusted to make it Keto Friendly.  By adding Heavy Whipping Cream I am able to knock out Fat with each bite...GO ME! If you are not on a Keto Diet then just don't add the Heavy Whipping cream.

Ingredients:

*8.5g box Sugar Free Jello
*1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
*15g Unflavored Gelatin

Directions:
1. Heat Heavy Whipping Cream in Sauce Pan over low heat.
2. Add Sugar Free Jello and stir untill dissolved.
3. Add Unflavored Gelatin and whisk till it starts to thicken.
4. Fill liquid molds and chill in the refrigerator for an hour or until Jello solidifies.

***NOTE*** I find that it is easier and cleaner to use a syringe or eye dropper to fill the candy molds with your jello of choice.

One of the most common uses for Keto is weight loss, however there are multiple reasons why Keto is a healthy alternative lifestyle.
